Thank you for choosing GROWCASE for your growing needs. Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every item you receive from us. If, however, you find the need to return a product, we are here to assist you in finding the best solution.

All returns of GROWCASE products must be approved in advance by our customer support team. To initiate a return, please email GROWCASE's customer support team at shopgrowcase.com.

Return Conditions and Process:
Refund within 30 Days: Within 30 days of the item's delivery, you can return most products for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging for the return to be accepted. Please note that return shipping expenses and a 30% restocking fee must be covered by you.

When Your Shipment Arrives: Before proceeding with the installation or assembly of any products, we recommend performing the following checks upon delivery:

Scan the box for any signs of damage.

Carefully remove the packaging and inspect the product.
Rejecting Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong item or it arrives in a damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, inform your delivery representative(s) immediately and contact us to arrange for a replacement. Once you have assembled the product, it becomes non-returnable.

Refund Process: All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Refunds will be issued for the complete price of the unit, minus a 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs as per our "Return Policy."

Refund Timing: For credit card refunds, once we receive notification from our shipping department that your item(s) have been returned, we will initiate the refund process. Most banks typically process refunds within 3-5 business days.

Price Match: We do not currently offer price matching.
